New Housing Price Index (NHPI): January 2010

January 2010 New Housing Prices in Canada For the 3rd consecutive month, the NHPI registered a 0.4% increase.   It also recorded its first year-over-year increase since December 2008 with a slight 0.1% increase from January 2009.
